We’re looking for a versatile quality professional to support and coordinate key business systems. This role blends internal auditing, MRB (Material Review Board) facilitation, CARB (Corrective Action Review Board) coordination, and quality administration to drive compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.To be considered for this role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline and 3 years in quality systems, internal audit, or manufacturing administration
Or- Associate’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline and 7 years in quality systems, internal audit, or manufacturing administration
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards, ERP/MES systems, and MS Office
- Preferred: Auditor certification (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, AS9100), experience in KPI reporting, lean/CI methods
- Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance.
As a Quality Business Systems Specialist, you will:- Conduct internal audits and track corrective actions to closure
- Facilitate MRB and CARB meetings, manage changes, and maintain accurate records
- Monitor nonconformance reports, follow up on NCs, and assist in KPI tracking/reporting
- Maintain quality databases and documentation for audit readiness
