Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or a related field (manufacturing preferred)
• Experience with SQL, Python, or R
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, and Power Apps
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources (ERP, MES, LIMS, etc.)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain process performance metrics and scalable data models
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions for KPIs
• Extract and integrate data from ERP, MES, LIMS, and other business systems
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver data-driven insights
• Support cross-site analytics initiatives, including reporting standardization and automation
• Collaborate with IT and Quality teams to enhance global reporting capabilities
