Quality Assurance Team Lead

As a Quality Assurance Team Lead, you'll manage a high-performing team of QA analysts and automation engineers, shaping testing strategies, advancing AI-assisted testing and driving automation innovation. Partner with business and technology teams to support successful application delivery and drive continuous improvement across our growing North American company.

Position Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of QA analysts and automation engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship to drive team growth and success.
  • Develop quality strategies that align with business priorities, reduce risk and ensure reliable, high-performing applications.
  • Lead the advancement of automation and AI-assisted testing by implementing innovative tools, frameworks and best practices that improve efficiency.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to ensure quality is built into every stage of application delivery, from planning through release.
  • Track and report quality metrics to guide leadership decision-making and drive continuous improvement across testing initiatives.


Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and automated testing, with 3+ years in a leadership or mentoring capacity.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into risk-based testing strategies.
  • Working knowledge of RESTful architecture and hands-on API testing experience.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
