Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, andmaintainthe program Quality Management System (QMS).

  • Establish quality standards, performance metrics, and quality assurance procedures supporting program execution.

  • Conduct quality audits, inspections, assessments, and compliance reviews across all functional areas.

  • Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and company policies.

  • Identifyquality risks, trends, and process deficiencies and implement corrective and preventive actions.

  • Coordinate root cause analyses and track corrective action plans through completion.

  • Develop andmaintainquality assurance documentation, procedures, and standard operating procedures.

  • Lead continuous process improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare executive quality reports and dashboards.

  • Coordinate with program leadership, functional managers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.

  • Support Government audits, surveillance activities, and customer quality reviews.

  • Conduct quality training and mentor personnel on quality management principles and best practices.

  • Verify contractual deliverables meet established quality and performance requirements prior to submission.

  • Promote organizational compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations, and contractual requirements.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer-focused service delivery.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active Secret Clearance

  • Minimum 15 years of experience supporting quality assurance, quality control, process improvement, or compliance management for Government or Department of Defense programs.

  • Experience supporting Department of Defense, Joint, Combatant Command, Service Component, or Special Operations organizations.

  • Experience developing and managing Quality Management Systems (QMS), conducting audits, and implementing corrective action programs.

  • Demonstrated ability to brief senior Government and corporate leadership on quality performance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired:

  • Bachelor27s degree in quality management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Experience supporting large, geographically dispersed Government contracts involvinglogistics, facilities, mission support, or operational services.

  • ExperienceutilizingISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Power BI, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or other quality management and reporting tools.

  • Professional certifications such as ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, or equivalent quality management certifications are preferred.
