Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager

Your experience and technical abilities determine your placement. This is an on-site role in Norfolk, VA.

Job Description:
  • Applies process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.
  • Responsible for effective transitioning of existing project teams and the facilitation of project teams in the accomplishment of project activities and objectives.
  • Provides group facilitation, interviewing training, and provides additional forms of knowledge transfer.
  • Key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration or reengineering efforts.
  • Provides daily supervision and direction.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with a discipline in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific/technical discipline
  • American Society of Quality Certified Quality Auditor
  • Five (5) years of related experience
  • Supervisory experience
  • Experience communicating with SES/Flag level personnel. Demonstrated experience with industry standard Quality Assurance Industry best practices for Information Technology Infrastructure Library, Scaled Agile Framework, Agile, testing methodologies, version control systems, implementation, Root Cause analysis, and deployment activities.
  • Demonstrated experience in continual process improvements to include CMMI or Six Sigma initiatives.
