Salary: $73,000 - $105,000
*Compensation for this position includes annual salary, 15% short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role as well as the geographic location of the role.
What You'll DoOptimize the customer experience across all touchpoints through the understanding of customer needs, identifying failures, and working with cross-functional teams to create a positive and consistent experience.
Help to build a business culture of continuous organizational improvement through systems and education that ensure associates know and execute their functional duties.
You will...- Analyze customer service failures to determine resolution through individual training, companywide training, applying quality life cycle, and other quality strategies to eliminate potential failures.
- Drive operating consistency within the organization through the education of standard operating processes. Identify, develop, & coordinate programs and tools that ensure each associate is equipped to execute their function duties.
- Oversee and enhance customer service incident reporting to monitor quality performance. Use trending and predictive data to proactively engage key resources to create and execute a quality strategy prior to customer experience deterioration.
- Be a resource to Viking Electric leadership fostering the elevation of managerial skills and abilities in the application of quality principles to their functional areas of business responsibility through exposure, providing education, and coaching quality concepts.
- Initiate and lead process improvement campaigns across the organization designed to improve profitability while maintaining or improving associate and customer experiences through consistent performance.
What You BringRequirements:
- 4-8 years of experience in quality assurance or management including leading quality initiatives.
- Management experience is preferred in addition to a strong business acumen in distribution supply chain processes.
- Must have a valid driver's license
