Required Experience
- Must possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience in personnel security clearance processes.
- Must possess the ability to comprehensively understand and convey PSIs, CV, and adjudication processes as determined by the QAL's functional area of support.
- Experience searching (DPS), adjudication applications, and subsequent systems as applicable.
- Possess a working knowledge of National Security Databases and other applications including DISS, NBIS eApp, DCII, DEIDS, Department of Public Safety (DPS), U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), CVS, Suitability/Security Investigations Index (SII), and Personnel Investigations Processing System (PIPS) personnel security applications/systems.

Responsibilities:SANCORP is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead in support of Personnel Security Support Services within the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency. The following are examples of responsibilities:
- Oversee and implement quality assurance and compliance measures within personnel security programs.
- Responsible for ensuring accuracy, and adherence to federal regulations and contract requirements.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures, conduct audits, and provide corrective action recommendations to the Program Manager to maintain the highest standards of personnel security processing.
- Provide direct support to the quality assurance and training mission by implementing and overseeing compliance measures, conducting performance audits, and ensuring adherence to personnel security policies, training programs, and contract quality obligations.
