We have an exciting opportunity at the Department of State! The Quality Assurance Analyst works in the Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure we manage the operations and complete required deliverables to support the customer’s mission to provide IT services to DoS users enterprise wide. This role involves and manages all tasks specified in the Quality Management Plan (QMP).  You will ensure our approach to quality control, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement across all contract activities including all services, deliverables, and performance outcomes meet or exceed Government requirements, contractual standards, and applicable Federal policies.  The Quality Assurance Analyst will develop and implement a comprehensive performance management and customer experience program that measures service quality, user satisfaction, and operational effectiveness. You will submit monthly performance reports detailing compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), develop Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

The following are the education and experience required for this position:

• 5+ years
• Bachelor's in IT or related field
• Lean Six Sigma GB Certification 
• Secret Security Clearance 

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• ITIL 4 Foundation Certification(s) 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires the ability to perform the below essential functions:

  • Ambulate throughout an office
  • Ambulate between several buildings
  • Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required
  • Repeatedly lift and carry weight up to 40 pounds
  • Travel by land or air transportation 10 % . 

If hired for this position, the base salary range would be within the range provided. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors including but not limited to work location, skills, experience, gov con contractual requirements, and performance.
