Full Job Description
Meet the team:

Our Quality Assurance team plays a critical role in ensuring Dexcom products meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. This team partners closely with Manufacturing, Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to uphold the Quality Management System (QMS) and drive continuous improvement. As a Quality Assurance Analyst 2, you will contribute to maintaining product integrity, audit readiness, and operational excellence in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.

Where you come in:

  • You will participate in internal and external quality system audits, including FDA and ISO audits, and support audit readiness activities.


  • You will monitor and manage Material Review Board (MRB) inventory, ensuring proper control, segregation, and identification of nonconforming materials.


  • You will process and maintain quality records, including nonconforming material reports (NCMRs), events, and related documentation.


  • You will conduct audit walkthroughs to verify compliance and consistency across manufacturing and operational areas.


  • You will perform cycle counts and support monthly inventory and finance observations.


  • You will provide clear, actionable feedback to ensure adherence to quality processes and regulatory requirements.


  • You will develop working knowledge of Dexcom products, processes, and services to support quality activities.


  • You will collaborate with QA team members and cross-functional partners to implement process improvements.


  • You will support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

Experience and Education Requirements:
