Experience must include demonstrated knowledge of quality improvement principles, audit practices, regulatory compliance, and the ability to understand, interpret, and apply applicable state and federal regulations related to mental health, substance use services, HIPAA, and corporate compliance.

Must demonstrate the ability to quickly build and maintain effective working relationships across teams, departments, and organizational levels and engage in collaborative leadership and team-based problem solving. Must also be able to communicate audit findings, performance concerns, and improvement recommendations in a constructive and professional manner that promotes accountability without creating defensiveness.

Must complete orientations provided by Sedgwick County and COMCARE.

Preferred Qualifications: Three (3) years of experience working in a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic, Community Mental Health Center, or similar behavioral health setting.
