What You'll Do- Collaborate with cross-functional teams toidentifyand document product defects to ensuretimelyorder processing
- Test and validate components for authenticity
- Review and verify test report data to ensure the quality and reliabilityofproducts.
- Monitor and track defects, work with clients, departments, and leadership to address lab report issues
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in QA testing procedures
- Keep track of client feedback and lab report data
- Make sure that industry and regulatory standards are adhered toand up to date
What We're Looking For- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- CRM Knowledge and pipeline organization
- Test Lab Experience, preferably at the electronic component level
- Knowledge of Electronic Assemblies
