Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years working experience in quality management or engineering fields.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and training capabilities.
• Proficient in delivering presentations to large stakeholder groups.
• Familiarity with manufacturing and R&D processes, methods, and tools.
• Experience with New Model programs.
• Hands-on problem-solving skills using quality methodologies like Global 8D and Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and lead meetings to address critical quality issues in plants.
• Represent Plant Quality in vehicle programs from design to in-service phases.
• Ensure effective implementation of corrective actions for quality issues.
• Collaborate across functions to solve complex quality challenges using thorough analysis.
• Lead the Quality Action Team in prioritizing and addressing quality issues effectively.
• Analyze data to identify quality problems and communicate with stakeholders.
• Guide Plant Quality Engineers in data analysis and problem-solving strategies.
