Full Job Description
  • Location: Savannah, GA (in-center)
  • Salary: $87,000-$105,000 BASE plus additional monthly bonus opportunities
  • Sign-on bonus available: Up to $10K for a limited time
  • Schedule: Monday thru Friday. No Nights or Weekends! WFH options available.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals
  • Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
  • Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes
  • Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development


The Role

We are seeking a full-time, passionate QBA to join our team in a hybrid position. This role blends meaningful in-center clinical work with some remote flexibility for planning, documentation, collaboration, and supervision.

Key Responsibilities
