We are looking for a QE Lead (Automation) to join our growing team in United States!

Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic QE Lead with strong expertise in both functional testing and test automation to lead the quality engineering efforts for a third-party administrator of life insurance policies initiative. The candidate will be responsible for understanding the policy administration lifecycle, defining and executing the QE plan, managing a test teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the QE planning and execution for the TPA initiative.
  • Define and manage functional test plans, automation frameworks, and quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and client stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Build and maintain automation test suites for UI, SIT, and E2E validation using industry-standard tools.
  • Oversee test data management, environment setup, and test execution cycles.
  • Drive defect management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and manage QE team members across onshore/offshore locations.


Experience Level:
  • 7+ years in QE/QA with 4+ years in leadership roles.


Required Skills & Experience:
  • Test Automation (C# with Selenium).
  • Lead exp (will Mentor and manage a team of at least 7 QE team members across onshore/offshore locations focused on Functional/Manual/Test Automation).
  • Strong US Insurance markets knowledge - Policy Lifecycle, Policy Admin systems.
  • Deep understanding of insurance payments workflows, policy administration, and financial integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium and API testing tools like Postman.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, ADO, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Insurance or financial domain exp, preferably in Policy Lifecycle, Wealth Management services (annuities exp ideally).
  • Certification or hands-on experience with TPA implementations.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and DevOps tools.
  • ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
