Shift: Friday/Saturday/Sunday 5am to 330pm

Base Salary: $80,000 - $85,000

About Your Role:

As an ICC Department Manager at one of Dollar Tree's Distribution Centers, you'll oversee the quality control function across all areas and shifts within a high-volume, 24/7 operation. You'll be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining the integrity of logistics processes, and driving compliance with company policies and procedures.

Your day-to-day job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Quality Control & Inventory Accuracy:
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle count programs aligned with finance and operational requirements
• Perform audits to support accurate and timely store order fulfillment
• Monitor and enforce quality standards across all DC operations
• Develop and implement controls and procedures to improve inventory accuracy and process quality

Systems & WMS Support:
• Serve as the subject matter expert for the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Act as the primary point of contact for WMS-related troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user support
• Partner with Support Center logistics teams to address system needs and enhancements
• Assist in training associates on WMS functionality and system-related processes

Leadership & Team Development:
• Supervise, assign, and manage daily responsibilities of Quality Control associates
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and development of team members
• Lead performance management, coaching, and disciplinary actions in partnership with DC leadership and HR
• Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement

Cross-Functional Partnership & Communication:
• Collaborate with DC leadership to ensure quality and inventory goals are met
• Share key insights, reporting, and recommendations with management teams
• Anticipate communication needs and provide clear, timely updates to associates and leadership
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and operational efficiency

Your Required Skills and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in material handling, logistics, or distribution center operations with a focus on inventory control
• Strong leadership experience with a track record of developing and motivating teams
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), such as Manhattan
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement solutions
• Excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills
• Ability to make independent decisions, solve problems, and maintain accountability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, queries, reporting)

Preferred Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience in high-volume, multi-shift distribution center environments
• Advanced experience in inventory control processes and systems optimization
