  • Understanding of large integrated systems and root cause analysis
  • Experience with SOA technologies
  • Skilled in writing complex SQL queries for Microsoft SQL Server
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse team members

  • Conduct thorough testing of IT projects to ensure quality deliverables
  • Utilize testing tools like Soap UI and Postman for web services
  • Analyze complex XML standards in compliance with NIEM
  • Trace issues in large systems back to their origin
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and designers for optimal project outcomes
  • Document testing processes and results clearly
  • Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to solutions

Must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week.

Required Skills/Experience

The candidate must have the following skills or experience:
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology, exposure to programming in a 3rd generation languages and knowledge of software design patterns
• 5 to 7 years of experience as a tester for IT projects
• Experience in NIEM XML or other complex XML Standard
• Experience in testing web services manually using Soap UI/Postman
• Working knowledge of IBM Rational Jazz Suite is a plus
• An ability to understand the complexity of a large integrated system and to trace problems to their source
• Experience with SOA technologies
• Experience in scripting complex SQ queries (Microsoft SQL server)
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Work cooperatively with other Team Members including Team Leader/Manager, Developers, Testers, Designers and others
