Qualifications

• 5-10 years of recent electrical construction experience, ideally in industrial or commercial settings.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in QA/QC or Commissioning of Electrical Systems.
• Proficiency with industry-standard QA/QC and CX software tools is required.
• High School Diploma or GED necessary, with further education being a plus.
• In-depth understanding of electrical construction standards and equipment installations.
• Experience specific to Data Centers is preferred, which could set candidates apart from others.
• Familiarity with EXCEL and WORD is essential, accompanied by strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and continuously improving Quality Assurance standards.
• Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans with the project team.
• Manage deliverables across all QA/QC levels including Testing and CX coordination.
• Collaborate closely with the CX Team to finalize CX activities.
• Train project QA/QC staff on quality-related tasks and processes.
• Conduct onsite inspections of equipment and installations to ensure quality.
• Report all QA/QC activities using project-specific software and internal channels.
