We are looking for a QA Lead with strong experience in the
Allegro application and the
energy & trading domain. In this role, you will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle-driving test planning, STLC execution, SQL/API validation, and defect management-while partnering with business stakeholders to ensure seamless user acceptance testing (UAT) and high-quality software delivery.
In this role, you willBusiness Analysis- Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements.
- Produce clear and detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases.
- Facilitate workshops and requirement walkthroughs with both business and technical teams.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, and risks early in the delivery lifecycle.
- Maintain and manage the requirements traceability matrix throughout the project.
Quality Assurance - Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases aligned to business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT test cycles.
- Log, track, and manage defects through to resolution.
- Work closely with developers to ensure defects are understood and fixes are verified.
- Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business stakeholders.
- Contribute to test automation where applicable.
Collaboration & Governance - Act as the single point of contact between business stakeholders and the QA/delivery team.
- Ensure requirements and test coverage are aligned at every stage of delivery.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies - planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Produce clear status reports on testing progress, defect trends, and quality metrics.
- Champion quality standards and best practices across the team.
