QA Delivery Manager - Enterprise Data PlatformAbout the roleAs a
QA Delivery Manager - Enterprise Data Platform, you will make an impact by leading quality engineering and testing initiatives that ensure the reliability, accuracy, and scalability of enterprise data solutions. You will be a valued member of the Data & Analytics team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, governance teams, and delivery organizations to drive quality across enterprise data platform programs and data modernization initiatives.
In this role, you will:- Lead end-to-end quality engineering, testing strategy, and delivery governance across enterprise data platform and data warehouse initiatives.
- Drive testing activities across multiple releases, source system integrations, data modernization programs, regulatory initiatives, and platform enhancements.
- Define and implement quality assurance frameworks, testing standards, defect management processes, quality metrics, and release readiness criteria.
- Oversee validation of enterprise data assets, including policy, premium, underwriting, finance, actuarial, reporting, analytics, lineage, and reconciliation data.
- Champion quality engineering innovation through automation, AI-driven testing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.

What you need to have to be considered- 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Data Validation, Testing, or related technical leadership roles.
- Strong experience leading large-scale data warehouse, data integration, ETL, and enterprise testing initiatives.

- ETL and Data Integration Testing
- Cloud Data Platforms
- Data Quality Management
- Data Reconciliation
- Reporting and Analytics Validation
- Data Governance and Data Lineage
- Experience developing test strategies, quality frameworks, test plans, and release management processes for enterprise-scale programs.
- Proven success managing onsite-offshore delivery models and cross-functional testing organizations.
- Strong experience coordinating with business, architecture, development, data engineering, governance, and program management teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, risk management, and executive communication skills.
These will help you stand out- Experience within the Commercial Insurance industry, including Policy Administration, Underwriting, Premium Management, Claims, Finance, and Actuarial domains.
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or similar modern data ecosystems.
- Knowledge of enterprise data migration, historical data conversion, and large-scale modernization programs.
- Experience supporting regulatory reporting, financial reconciliations, and operational reporting validation.
- Exposure to AI-driven testing, intelligent automation, and Generative AI-enabled quality engineering solutions.
- Experience leading production validation, hypercare support, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement programs.
