Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Automation Testing Engineer with a strong background in automation testing tools and frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of automating tests across multiple platforms and technologies, with a deep understanding of the full development lifecycle. This role requires hands-on experience in issue and defect management, as well as expertise in at least one programming language.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Parasoft, and Robot Framework.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline using tools like Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
- Manage test case documentation and ensure comprehensive test coverage across various applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects, providing detailed reports to the development team.
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives to continuously improve testing processes.
Mandatory Skills- 6+ years of experience with automation testing tools (Selenium, Parasoft, DB testing).
- Expertise in Robot Framework.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools.
- Hands-on experience with issue and defect management.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (C#, Python, or Java).
Preferred Skills- Experience with test case management packages.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
