Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer / SDET with 10+ years of experience in test automation, DevOps testing, and cloud-based testing across web, client-server, mobile, API, and web services applications. The role requires strong expertise in automation framework development, API testing, mobile automation, Salesforce testing, backend validation, CI/CD, performance testing, and security testing. The ideal candidate should have strong programming and automation skills, experience working across multiple domains, and the ability to collaborate with teams, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Java, TestNG, Cucumber, and related technologies.
• Develop and execute automated tests for web, mobile-web, native mobile, API, SOAP, REST, and web services applications.
• Perform API testing using Rest Assured and Karate Framework.
• Develop and maintain mobile automation solutions using Appium.
• Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing using BrowserStack across multiple browsers, operating systems, and devices.
• Develop and maintain Data-Driven, Hybrid, and Page Object Model (POM) automation frameworks.
• Perform Salesforce automation testing, including Salesforce integrations and POM-based automation frameworks.
• Apply BDD, TDD, SDLC, test planning, execution, and defect management practices.
• Create and maintain XPath expressions, TestNG annotations, parameterization, and automated test reports.
• Perform SQL-based backend testing and validate application data and integrations.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and Bamboo.
• Monitor and analyze application behavior using Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Perform performance testing using JMeter and support security testing activities for application compliance.
• Manage test execution and defects using tools such as JIRA, Rally, HP ALM, and Bugzilla.
• Participate in code reviews and promote automation and testing best practices across development and QA teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies and tools to continuously improve testing efficiency and coverage.

Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer, SDET, or in a related software quality engineering role.
• Strong experience in test automation, DevOps testing, and cloud testing, including AWS environments.
• Proficiency in Java, Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, and automation framework development.
• Strong experience with SOAP and REST API testing using Rest Assured and Karate Framework.
• Hands-on experience with Appium for mobile application automation.
• Experience with BrowserStack for cross-browser and cross-platform testing.
• Strong understanding of BDD, TDD, SDLC, test planning, test execution, and defect management.
• Experience developing Data-Driven, Hybrid, and POM automation frameworks.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with backend database testing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins and Bamboo.
• Experience with version control systems including Git, GitHub, SVN, or Bitbucket.
• Experience with defect and test management tools such as JIRA, Rally, HP ALM, or Bugzilla.
• Strong understanding of automated testing best practices.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience testing Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Experience with Splunk for production monitoring and Dynatrace for performance analysis.
