Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Python Full Stack AI Developer with 10+ years of professional experience to build and enhance AI Assistant capabilities, including chatbots and AI-driven workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong Python development expertise along with hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, multi-agent systems, API development, and cloud technologies. The candidate will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable and production-ready AI solutions. Key Responsibilities • Build and enhance AI Assistant capabilities, including chatbots and AI-driven workflows. • Develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs and modern GenAI frameworks. • Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and grounding logic. • Develop and support multi-turn conversational experiences. • Design and implement multi-agent systems and agentic workflows. • Develop and integrate APIs supporting AI and application capabilities. • Implement prompt engineering and AI evaluation practices to improve solution quality and reliability. • Utilize evaluation frameworks such as RAGAS to assess AI system performance. • Implement observability and evaluation capabilities for AI applications. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Contribute to frontend development and integration using Angular as required. • Develop and deploy AI solutions using AWS cloud services. Required Qualifications • 10+ years of professional software development experience. • Strong hands-on experience with Python development. • Experience developing and deploying LLM and Generative AI solutions. • Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases. • Strong API development experience. • Understanding of prompt engineering and AI evaluation methodologies. • Experience with RAGAS or comparable AI evaluation frameworks. • Hands-on experience with multi-agent systems and agentic workflows. • Experience implementing observability and evaluation frameworks for AI applications. • Experience with multi-turn conversations and grounding techniques. • Exposure to Angular and frontend application development. • Experience working with AWS cloud services.
