Job Description- Designing, developing, and deploying Python-based applications and systems according to client requirements and project specifications.
- Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborating with software architects, designers, and other developers to implement solutions that align with project goals and objectives.
- Conducting thorough testing and debugging of software to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Participating in code reviews, provide feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in Python development and related technologies.
- Working closely with clients to understand their technical requirements, provide technical guidance, and offer innovative solutions.
- Contributing to the development of reusable components, libraries, and frameworks to accelerate software development.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience developing production applications with Python.
- Professional programming experience with at least one of the following:
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software design principles, and design patterns.
- Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI technologies.
- Experience integrating AI models, APIs, or AI services into software applications.
- Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Experience working in cloud-based environments.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a client-facing consulting environment.
Preferred Qualifications (nice to have, but not required):
- Experience with streaming platforms and data engineering such as Databricks or Apache Spark
- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or other LLM platforms.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
- Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Azure AI Search, Weaviate, Milvus, or pgvector.
- Experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, evaluation, and AI model orchestration.
- Experience developing or integrating AI agents/agentic applications.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP AI/ML services.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with SQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or similar databases.
- Experience with data engineering technologies such as Spark, Kafka, Databricks, or Snowflake.

Compensation for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's skills, total relevant experience, job level, and geographic location. The base pay range for this role is: $90,000 - $190,000.
