Job DescriptionPrivate Wealth Management (PWM) Analysts have shared responsibility for soliciting, developing, managing, and retaining client relationships for PWM Investments. Position is focused on honing the technical aspects of a given specialty area and developing the superior client facing skills needed to become a Portfolio Manager Partner. On the Job Training will focus on teaching the Analyst the technical aspects of Investments. Will be responsible for retention, development and growth of high net worth relationships by creating prospecting strategies and research, pipeline management, and identifying new business opportunities that may be acted on with the general oversight of an Advisor. Provides Partners with in-depth analysis of client financial statements using appropriate financial planning analyses, tools, and materials to recommend strategies to prospects and clients to promote growth.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Up to three years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Good knowledge of departmental operations/policies and U.S. Bank products and services
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong client facing skills
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions, interpret data and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
- Well-developed analytical skills
- Pursuit of professional credentials (CFP, CFA, etc.) a plus

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $75,820.00 - $89,200.00
