The Opportunity

As a Research and Planning Manager within our Tax practice, you will play a pivotal role in guiding businesses through intricate tax regulations and optimizing their tax positions. You will oversee tax-related issues impacting businesses across various domains, including local and foreign income, and transaction tax compliance. Your expertise in tax consulting will be crucial in advising on strategic and operational matters that influence business decisions.

As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to motivate, develop, and inspire your team to deliver quality results. You are responsible for coaching and utilizing team members' unique strengths to meet client expectations. With your growing business acumen, you will identify opportunities that contribute to the firm's success, leading with integrity and authenticity. You will embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

What You Must Have

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
