What You Will Do:
Collaborate closely with Embraer and the onsite Pratt & Whitney team at the Final Assembly Line (FAL) in Brazil by leading integrated planning meetings and support issue resolution.
Lead and support PW1900G integration engineering change strategies, guiding cross functional internal and external teams by applying program management RLPM principles.
Identify, develop, and implement solutions to emerging PW1900G program technical/operational risks, including, but not limited to execution of Embraer FAL aircraft deliveries, product upgrade guidance at the FAL, and emerging quality items at production sites.
Support of outsourced personnel to manage ECM processes, administrative operational tasks, and other program needs as they arise.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelors Degree and 12 years of cross functional teaming experience to include external support, conflict resolution andproblem solvingskills or an Advanced Degree and 10 years of experience as listed above.
Requires deep management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-department project teams or lead across multiple related departments.
Qualifications We Prefer:
4 years of professional product or program management.
Strong communication, influencing, presentation and data management/analysis skills.
Proven leadership skills coupled with a history of attaining results through influence and cross-functional collaboration.
A fundamental understanding of gas turbine engines, airline operations and engine maintenance practices.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
