Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or supply chain operations, preferably in a utility or cooperative setting.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations specific to electric cooperatives, including RUS contracting requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational standards.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and vendors to secure the best terms.
• Collaborate with various departments to determine purchasing needs and project requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to deliveries and quality.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and inventory levels.
