The Town of Jackson is seeking a qualified individual with demonstrated abilities in oversight and management of DEQ regulatory compliance; assets; operations programs including redundancy and adequate flow provision; and personnel related to the Town's water system including wells, pumps, storage tanks, treatment, distribution lines, construction inspection, right of way excavation, meter reading and utility location.

The ideal candidate brings:- 10+ years of relevant experience with 2 of those years in a progressively responsible supervisory/management capacity.
- BS with coursework in engineering, business management or closely related field.
- Demonstrated leadership and management abilities.
- Computer/SCADA/MS Office package skills.
- Strong values orientation.
- Local government experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
