Full Job Description
In Public Service Strategy & Consulting, we partner with governors, cabinet secretaries, agency commissioners, mayors, city and county leaders, university presidents, and nonprofit executives across Tennessee to reimagine how public institutions deliver value to the communities they serve. Our work spans the full arc of organizational transformation, including modernizing legacy operations, designing data-driven programs, managing large-scale ERP and technology modernizations, and building the workforce and change management capabilities needed to sustain impact long after implementation. We bring deep expertise across state and local government, higher education, and nonprofit organizations, spanning health and human services, workforce development, corrections, environmental regulation, economic development, and student success, combining mission fluency with the operational rigor of a global consulting firm. At the center of our practice is a commitment to responsible AI adoption in the public sector, helping organizations move beyond pilots to deploy AI and automation at scale across permitting, benefits administration, case management, compliance workflows, and student services, while maintaining the transparency, equity, and accountability that public trust demands. Underpinned by Accenture's proprietary tools, data assets, and delivery accelerators, our Tennessee Public Service practice helps government agencies, universities, and nonprofits move faster, serve better, and build the resilient and future-ready enterprise that constituents, students, donors, and oversight bodies expect.
