Job DescriptionWhat You Will Do:You'll lead community relations, coordinate corporate giving, and be our go-to media spokesperson in Piketon. You'll cultivate strong relationships with local leaders and press, manage outreach programs, write and distribute news releases, and ensure consistent, accurate messaging across Centrus HQ, the Department of Energy, and site contractors. You'll also play a critical role in emergency communications, delivering timely and clear information to the public when it matters most.
We'd Love to Hear From People With:- Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, or equivalent
- 5+ years in public relations, including public speaking, spokesperson, and writing/editing experience
- Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a "Q" level security clearance.
A Successful Candidate Brings:- Experience working in a highly regulated or rigorous environment
- Management experience in public relations
- Strong track record of media relations in a technical or industrial setting
