***CLEARANCE: Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility*** Required Skills and Relevant Experience:
Prior Experience with the DoW Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) system, specifically with processing MIPRS and running and analyzing reports.
Minimum 3 years of experience with the DoW's Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution process.
Experience with the DoW's Program Objective Memorandum cycle, budget estimate process, and the President's budget process.
Minimum 5 years of experience with managing financial programs, projects, or budgets.
Minimum 5 years of experience using communication skills, both written and oral, to include conducting research and preparing written products to present information.
Required Education and Certification:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in any field of study.
Preferred Skills and Relevant Experience:
Experience managing large budgets with a focus on projecting allocation of FY funding across multiple Combatant Commands.
Knowledge of or experience with OIE related field(s), specifically with Information Operations (IO) and/or Psychological Operations (PSYOP).
Experience interacting at the most senior levels of the DoW staff and Interagency (Offices of the Secretary of War, Joint Staff, Services, and Combatant Commands)
Comfortable communicating directly with general officer/flag officer/senior executive service level officials on a daily basis.
Preferred certificate, degree, or higher-level education to be in business, finance, or accounting discipline.
Experience using and managing the Defense Travel System (DTS).
