Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology and active California Psychologist License required.
• Experience with individuals having developmental disabilities essential.
• Proficient in conducting psychological evaluations, including competency assessments.
• Specialized training or experience in Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) preferred.
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Integrate behavioral data into comprehensive reports and prescriptive plans.
• Provide crisis intervention in partnership with county mental health agencies.
• Monitor psychotherapeutic services to ensure clients receive quality care.
• Consult with case management and clinical teams for holistic client support.
• Attend interdisciplinary meetings to collaboratively plan and evaluate service delivery.
• Train and mentor staff and community service providers on best practices.
