This position centers on state disability evaluations, with the opportunity to expand into VA work over time.
Key Responsibilities- Perform psychological evaluations for disability cases
- Administer IQ and developmental testing (Bayley, Leiter, WPPSI)
- Evaluate children and adults in a clinical assessment setting
- Prepare thorough, timely evaluation reports
- Gradually incorporate VA evaluations into workload
Role Overview- Initial focus on disability evaluations
- Work will transition to include both disability and VA cases
- Required CT disability training must be completed before scheduling patients
Qualifications- Active Connecticut Psychologist License (PhD or PsyD)
- Experience with psychological assessments
- Strong report-writing and analytical skills
- Comfortable working with pediatric populations
