Psychiatrist to join our collaborative, patient-focused Behavioral Health program in Harrisonburg, VA. Enjoy a true work-life balance in this outpatient-only position with no call and flexible scheduling.
Positions Highlights:- Location:136 W Elizabeth St, Suite 102, Harrisonburg, VA 22802
- Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Flexible scheduling (36 clinical hours, 4 admin hours)
- 100% outpatient practice
- No call
- Average 12-14 patients per day
- 1-hour new patient intakes, 30-minute follow-ups

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $308,755.20 - $341,307.20 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
