Schedule: Full-Time (4-day workweek, 8 AM - 5 PM) or Part-Time (2-3 days/week). No evenings, weekends, or call.

Frederick Primary Care Associates invites an experienced Psychiatrist to join our thriving, independent private practice and anchor our dedicated Behavioral Health Department. Established as a premier alternative to rigid institutional healthcare, our practice prioritizes true clinical autonomy and a supportive, physician-led culture designed to protect your time and peace of mind. This position is open due to organic community growth, offering an immediate, turnkey patient panel within an organization where your voice directly shapes executive decisions.

  • Generous Appointment Blocks: Deliver high-quality care to a diverse community panel with a sustainable volume of 8 to 16 patients per day. Schedule blocks provide 60 minutes for new patient evaluations and 30 minutes for follow-ups.
  • Operational Efficiency: Practice alongside a collaborative team of physicians and APPs, fully supported by dedicated Medical Assistants. The daily schedule features a built-in 1-hour administrative block at noon to ensure documentation is finished before you head home.
