Full Job Description
Job Description
We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide on-site behavioral health services within skilled nursing and extended care facilities. As the fastest growing provider of psychiatry services to the nursing home and long-term care (LTC) space in the Northeast, our organization is expanding rapidly and offers providers meaningful clinical opportunity with long-term stability. This position provides a highly structured weekday schedule, strong clinical autonomy, and the ability to manage a consistent adult and geriatric patient panel in a non-hospital setting.

It is a financially lucrative opportunity for a provider who is comfortable practicing independently while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The role emphasizes long-term stabilization, medication optimization, and continuity of psychiatric care within a supportive care model.

We offer an extensive clinical support system backed by Senior Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and on-staff Psychiatrists who are readily available for collaboration, case review, and guidance. Our infrastructure is designed to set providers up for long-term success through structured onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing clinical resources.
