Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide high-quality behavioral health care in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat residents with psychiatric and behavioral conditions.

- Conductpsychiatric evaluations and assessments
- Diagnoseand manage mental health conditions
- Prescribeand monitor medications (DEA required)
- Collaboratewith physicians, nursing staff, and social workers
- Provideongoing follow-up and treatment planning
- Ensurecompliance with state and federal regulations
RequirementsRequirements:- Active New York Nurse Practitioner license
- BoardCertification as PMHNP
- Active DEA license
- Experiencein SNF, long-term care, or geriatrics preferred
- Strongcommunication and teamwork skills
Qualifications:- Experiencewith geriatric psychiatry
- Familiaritywith EMR systems
- Abilityto work independently
