Job Description
You will be the Program Manager within the PrSM Block Upgrades team. In this role you will join a growing program responsible for design, prototype, test and rapid fielding of solutions within highly accelerated timelines for all services.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Block Upgrades Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end to end execution of programs (from authorization to closeout). Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Developing a program baseline that starts green and stays green
• Lead a team through the Design, prototype, test, and rapid fielding of a new guidance set developed in-house
• Serve as the primary program manager contact internally and with the customer for your programs
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance in partnership with IPT leads and functional support
• Managing risks and opportunities, including risks and opportunities that impact other PrSM Programs
• Participate in firm proposal contract negotiations and proposal preparations
• Drive business and capture activities to support program growth, including expansion of PrSM to Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers
• Preparing and presenting briefing material for Director and Vice President levels, including internal and external program reviews and customer events
• Collaborating with cross functional proposal teams to define and execute the program execution, integrated program planning, while maintaining financial commitments (customer / supplier payments and return on sales)
• Coordinate across Lockheed Martin business areas and internal stakeholders to align program needs, resources, and messaging.

Basic Qualifications
-Bachelors degree (or higher) in engineering
-Experience in tactical missile development and production
-Demonstrated ability to lead a team to complete highly technical projects on very short timelines
-Demonstrated ability to manage cost, schedule and manpower needs
-Active DoD Secret level clearance
Desired skills
1) Experience in US military tactical missile development and production
2) Demonstrated ability as a player & coach in highly dynamic, fast-paced technical environments
3) Knowledge of agile practices and their practical application in hardware- and software-based solutions
4) Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, proposal process, and cost estimating (BOE)
5) Excellent oral and written communication; ability to present complex technical and financial information to senior leadership and government customers.
6) Degree in engineering
7) Demonstrated ability to use Excel (or equiv) to merge datasets from multiple tools to produce actionable insights
Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $134,000 - $236,325. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $154,100 - $267,145. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
