Job DescriptionAbout the JobReporting directly to the National Sales Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of sales and account management of Grease Trap Services - Walker Environmental in your assigned region. You will develop revenue generation from an existing client base and source potential customers that fit the Grease Trap Services model to promote growth in a highly competitive market. The salary range for this position is between $80,000-$90,000/year based on qualifications and experience.
What You'll Be Doing - Manage sales and relationships of current customer accounts in the assigned region
- Primary point of contact for National Accounts in assigned region in Canada. Provide insight into queries and work with the Customer Service team and other account managers to ensure service issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Develop long-lasting and trusted relationships with current and potential customers.
- Travel to site locations and conduct inspections, gather information for service quotes and build relations as required.
- Develop new business from existing customers (additional service, new technology etc.) and ensure smooth onboarding of existing customers with new stores/locations opening. Develop new business from 'A, B and A+ Accounts' in assigned region in Canada.
- Prepare service quotations and negotiate accounts and agreements to maximize profit.
- Lead Ancillary sales with all managed accounts by developing accurate quotations and communicating pertinent information to service technicians.
- Source and manage relations with sub-contractors in your region to provide services where Walker cannot.
Here's What You Need- 3+ years' experience in sales management.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent courses.
- Excellent understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in conducting and disseminating research to aid in targeted sales initiatives.
- A valid G Class Driver's license
- Able to travel a significant amount, working hours and non-working hours to various locations to attend trade shows and customer account meetings/presentations.
