Full Job Description
Community Care Physicians is looking for a full time Provider Recruiter to join their team! Typical hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.

Compensation: $82,000 - $95,000 annually

Summary: The Provider Recruiter is a strategic and experienced talent acquisition professional responsible for full-cycle recruitment of physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. This role collaborates with leadership to develop proactive sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and ensure the organization is staffed with top-tier clinical providers. The ideal candidate brings deep industry knowledge, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a track record of successful provider placements.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for physicians, NPs, and PAs from sourcing through onboarding.
  • Partner with department leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans using a variety of channels including job boards, professional networks, medical associations, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates, residency directors, and key external partners.
  • Coordinate and conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks to ensure alignment with organizational needs and values.
  • Negotiate employment offers in collaboration with legal and operations leaders.
  • Collaborate with legal, credentialing, and HR departments to ensure timely and compliant onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS system.
  • Coordinate internal transfers with providers, practice leaders, and legal team.
  • Track and report key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance rates).
  • Represent the organization at conferences, job fairs, and recruitment events.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to optimize recruitment processes and candidate experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for CCP by partnering with marketing and communications teams to develop compelling recruitment campaigns that highlight the organization's culture, values, and the unique attributes of our communities.
  • Deliver a concierge-style candidate experience, including personalized communication, detailed visit itineraries, and on-site coordination to ensure seamless and welcoming interview experiences.
  • Showcase the organization and local community through curated presentations, tours, and informational materials designed to educate and engage candidates and their families.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to elevate the overall perception of the candidate journey, reinforcing CCP's commitment to excellence and professionalism from first contact through orientation.
  • Monitor trends in healthcare workforce dynamics and contribute to long-term talent planning.
  • Conduct exit and stay interviews with providers to gather insights that inform retention and recruitment strategies.
