Full Job Description
We are seeking a focused, motivated Engineer or Architect, with 5-10 years of relevant experience, to join the firm's Protective Design Group. This individual will work as part of a design team to integrate protective design criteria and security components into our projects to meet our clients' specific goals. Includes a wide range of protective design solutions (AT/FP, perimeter security, vehicle entry control points, blast/ballistic resistance, electronic security systems, etc.) in support of a varied client base.

Responsibilities
  • Review security/protective design criteria, codes and standards.
  • Develop security/protective design strategies in planning studies and design projects.
  • Interface with client security personnel to review and refine design strategies.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or BS/BArch in Architecture

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Licensed Professional Engineer or Architect
  • Experience with drafting and modeling software (Revit and AutoCAD)
  • ASIS Protective Design Professional (PSP) certification

The expected annual compensation range for this position is $85,000.00 - $135,000.00. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
