  • Support marketing projects, including a quarterly newsletter and other activities.
  • Analyze RFP documents to determine qualification and proposal response requirements, ensuring compliance with a developed matrix.

Overview

FNF Construction, Inc. is hiring a Proposal Manager, who will work directly with our team to deliver high-quality and compliant proposals, develop submissions for various awards, and other internal tasks as they arise. Help maintain a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities. Splits their time between developing competitive proposal submissions and tracking upcoming bid opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage proposal development schedules, keeping all contributors on deadline.
  • Draft standard proposal language and prepare graphics/layouts in Adobe InDesign or similar software (complex graphics support available from internal resources).
  • Assist in completing standard RFP forms, qualification statements, and other submission documentation.
  • Organize and maintain an updated library of historical project data, personnel resumes, photos, and other standard proposal assets.
  • Research upcoming projects from key public clients.
  • Quarterly Newsletter, and other marketing activities that may arise.
  • Provide support for all Departments, as needed, to support miscellaneous marketing projects.
  • Read, analyze, and interpret RFP documents to identify qualification and proposal response requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a Compliance Matrix to ensure all RFP requirements are met.
