Proposal Coordinator & Compliance Specialist
The Opportunity:

Provide support to the capture and proposal manager throughout the entire proposal lifecycle. Create and maintain a proposal schedule and list of POCs, facilitate communication and setting up meetings, take meeting notes and action items, develop proposal templates, oversee document management, and run the proposal development subsite. Lead, manage, and execute all aspects of proposal coordination processes and procedures and interactions with staff related to content data calls and collection, graphics development, editing, desktop publishing, and production efforts for both written and oral proposals. Coordinate various simultaneous activities, track status of data development and coordination-related activities, and help the proposal manager ensure team meets all deadlines and status is consistently reported and monitored. Engage and influence firm and senior market, capture, and proposal leadership to implement processes that continually increase proposal development efficiencies, thus increasing the quality of delivered proposals. Serve as the compliance lead to develop compliance matrices, update matrices during RFP amendments, conduct audits in parallel to proposal color team reviews, and assist writers in adjudicating comments from audits. Assist proposal manager with proposal plans, outlines, compliance matrices, storyboard layouts, annotated outlines, schedules, and assignment trackers.

You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience working in government proposals
  • Experience developing compliance matrices and running compliance audits for government proposals
  • Experience supporting the development of complex documents, white papers, and artifacts
  • Ability to plan and coordinate proposal resources, including people and schedules, and communicate status regularly to proposal managers and company leadership
  • Ability to produce and format proposal documentation such as schedules or templates using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree

Compensation

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
