Responsibilities

  • Utilize iTEMS, including iTrack and iTest, for test planning and execution tracking.
  • Produce and maintain test execution metrics and status reports for program leadership.
  • Use Microsoft Project to track schedules and milestones related to test activities.
  • Coordinate and run the Test Data Management Working Group, facilitating quarterly meetings.
  • Track necessary test elements including aircraft and flight clearances.
  • Prepare materials for meetings, including slide decks and memos, ensuring all tech requirements are met.
  • Attend necessary meetings related to testing and project updates.
  • Monitor the status of test assets and lab functionality.

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Clearance Required: Active Secret

Education: BA/BS Degree. MA/MS may substitute for 2 years of work experience

Experience Level Required: 3-10 years of experience

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Integrated Test and Evaluation Management Systems (iTEMS), including iTrack and iTest, to support test planning and execution tracking.
  • Produce and maintain test execution metrics and status reports to support program leadership and decision-making.
  • Use Microsoft Project to track schedules, milestones, and task progress related to test activities.
  • Coordinate and administer the Test Data Management Working Group, including scheduling and facilitating quarterly meetings.
  • Track items for test (aircraft, test plans, flight clearances)
  • Coordinate recurring and ad hoc meetings, including preparation of slide decks, briefing materials, and memos; ensure conference room readiness and VTC functionality.
  • Attend all required meetings such as IPT, test schedule, PDRs, CDRs when necessary
  • Tracking of test assets and lab status
  • Develop and build briefs and metrics as required

Qualifications:
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft applications
  • Navy acquisition and test experience desired
  • Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Salary:
The projected salary range for this position is $85,000- $110,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary. Salary will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.
