Full Job Description
Proposal Coordinator/Business Capture Lead
Enlightened, Inc.is seeking a Proposal Coordinator/Business Capture Lead with strong business development experience and proven experience managing end-to-end processes and, offering IT related services and solutions to Federal, State and Local Government agencies.

SUMMARY:

The primary responsibility of the position will be business development, placing specialized focus on identifying, qualifying and winning new business opportunities with Federal agencies. A successful candidate will have expertise in the mission objectives, program ops and business processes of such agencies, and be intimately familiar with life cycle acquisition processes that drive the Government technology capture process.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to manage proposals, offer the customer unique perspectives, have strong two-way communication skills, understand the clients' value drivers and business economics and be able to have an effective conversation in regard to technology services, offerings and solutions. A separator from the masses would be to have existing/actionable contacts in the Federal Government contracting and acquisitions community, specifically with the federal/local sector ideally centered around IT/Healthcare and or Defense sectors

Skills and Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in leading a full-cycle proposal process;

2+ years of experience and/or exposure with business development or capture in an IT professional services company.

3+ years of experience applying Shipley-based methods;

5 years of experience with both federal, state and local government bids experience;

3+ years of experience with governmental proposal development and processes is required: in addition, he/she must be adept at leading a proposal team while serving as the point of contact for all proposal activities within the client

Demonstrated success on new wins throughout your career directly linked to new revenue streams

1+ years' experience with Government-wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), Multi-Agency IDIQ Contracts (MACs) and 8A multiple award schedules.
