Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of onsite property management experience, including leasing and bookkeeping.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with property management software, especially Yardi.
• Ability to analyze financial information effectively and report accurately.
• Understanding of marketing techniques and budgeting is essential.
• Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in an organized manner.
• Flexible schedule required, including availability on weekends.
• Physical ability to tour properties with clients, including walking and climbing stairs.
• Valid driver's license may be required; state-specific license or certification may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance by overseeing rents, occupancy rates, and expenditures.
• Supervise resident retention and leasing programs to ensure maximum occupancy.
• Handle resident relations, addressing phone calls, requests, and concerns promptly.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and all relevant regulations.
• Effectively manage, train, and counsel onsite staff.
• Oversee daily leasing paperwork and service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance, collaborate on strategies with Regional Property Manager, and prepare annual business plans and budgets.
