Property Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Property Manager, you'll lead a dynamic team while ensuring our residents have a high-quality, affordable place to call home and access to programs that enhance their quality of life. Your work will directly impact individuals and families by maintaining the highest standards of property management while fostering inclusive communities. The Ave, a joint effort of POAH and KMW Communities LLC, will be a mixed-use affordable housing development in Chicago's northwest side Humboldt Park neighborhood and include fifty two 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments for households who earn between 30-60% of the area median income (AMI). Eleven apartments will be accessible to people who use wheelchairs. Building amenities include indoor and outdoor community gathering spaces, a bike room, fitness center, outdoor terrace with play area and onsite parking. Residents and Neighborhood Housing Services (NHS) will share a community room which doubles as a homeownership training space. The Ave will also create at least 1,000 SF in retail space for local businesses.
