Job Description & Summary
The Opportunity
As a Property Management- Physical Security Management Senior Associate, you will focus on confirming the safety and protection of people, assets, and information through the implementation and management of physical security measures. You will utilize risk assessments, security system design, and emergency response planning in your work. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn't clear.
In this role, you will be part of our Internal Firm Services, providing strategic advice and solutions for clients in the real estate industry. You will handle property acquisitions, leasing, asset management, and development projects. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will have the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing. This position allows you to use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, enhancing your skills and addressing development areas.
Responsibilities
- Implementing and managing physical security measures to protect people, assets, and information
- Conducting risk assessments and designing security systems to address potential vulnerabilities
- Developing and executing emergency response plans to handle crises effectively
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform security strategies
- Overseeing compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining security documentation
- Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance security awareness and training programs
- Managing security incidents and coordinating response efforts to minimize impact
- Integrating security systems and technologies to optimize surveillance and monitoring capabilities
- Leading initiatives in asset protection and operational risk management
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand and anticipate their security needs
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 2 years of experience in intelligence analysis preferably in corporate security, SOC, law enforcement, military, or government

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
