Job Summary

The Property Claims Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the claims process, ensuring timely, fair, and efficient resolution.

Work Location

This position offers both remote and hybrid work locations. Candidates who reside within 50 miles of an office location (West Bend or Madison) will be offered a hybrid work schedule. Candidates who are fully remote (beyond 50 miles) may occasionally be asked to travel to an office location for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and corporate events.

The role oversees all aspects of the property claims organization, from complex claim resolution and customer service to process optimization, automation, compliance, and team development.

We're seeking a leader who:
• Has 10+ years of property claims experience
• Has successfully led claims teams and managed complex, high-exposure claims for at least 5 years
• Uses data and insights to drive business decisions
• Embraces technology and process improvement opportunities
• Builds strong relationships and inspires teams to perform at their best
• Holds a CPCU designation or related industry credentials (preferred)

Salary Statement

The salary range for this position is $160,000-$200,000.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
