The Opportunity

Are you an experienced insurance professional ready to take the lead on client relationships and drive meaningful outcomes for the clients you serve? As a P&C Senior Client Manager at M3, you'll be more than a service contact - you'll be a trusted advisor, a team mentor, and a key driver of client retention and growth. You'll own the renewal process, lead client meetings, and bring your deep insurance expertise to every interaction. How You Will Make an Impact
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients on their property & casualty insurance needs, providing coverage guidance, claims support, and strategic recommendations.
  • Proactively manage the full renewal cycle across all lines of business, negotiating directly with carriers to secure the best outcomes for your clients.
  • Act as a lead within your practice group by mentoring less experienced staff, sharing insurance knowledge, and championing best practices across the service team.
  • Analyze business exposure changes, review loss history, identify claims trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Conduct client-facing meetings independently and alongside Client Executives, including employee meetings, coverage discussions, and renewal negotiations.
  • Cross-sell and round out accounts, prepare marketing submissions, and collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities.
  • Introduce and support client-facing technologies, including certificate management systems, client portals, and digital renewal application software.
What You Will Need to Succeed
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of insurance agency or company experience.
  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance license required or ability to obtain during onboarding period.
  • An applicable insurance designation is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of P&C insurance products, markets, and coverage forms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with agency management systems (EPIC preferred).
  • Valid driver's license per M3's Motor Vehicle Safety policy.

This figure encompasses both base salary and any variable incentive pay for which you may be eligible. Please note that this range is provided as a good faith estimate and may vary according to several factors, including your relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and experience.
